Corporate volunteering

Many companies are now providing employees with the option of paid time off to carry out corporate volunteering days for charity.

The RSPCA has various corporate volunteering opportunities around the country including manual jobs such as painting, fixing, ditch clearing and gardening. We can also offer the chance for employees to directly help with animals in our care through dog walking or even cat cuddling.

A corporate volunteering day is a fantastic way for employees to give something back to their community by giving hands on support to the RSPCA.

A corporate volunteering day can also be used as a team-building exercise and some of our centres also have on-site space for business meetings if this is something you would like to incorporate into your day.

We suggest those companies interested in a corporate volunteering day at an RSPCA centre to provide a small donation per person or one-off donation per group. This has previously been covered by the company’s training budget, team-building budget or even a specific volunteering budget.
