Take part in this amazing corporate challenge where you leave the West Coast and head inland, making your way over the Cumbrian Mountains and southwards through the Lake District National Park.

From Kendal you head east, crossing into Yorkshire, through the heart of the famous Dales and onto your final destination: the East Coast and the historic town of Whitby.

• DAY 1: Beautiful but hilly day’s cycle from coast via Derwentwater and Windermere to Kendal
• DAY 2: Cross into Yorkshire Dales; steep climbs as cross National Park to Richmond
• DAY 3: Tackle steep gradients of North York moors; great descents into Whitby
• DAY 4: Depart for home
