Hunting ban under threat

Red Fox

Hunting with dogs was consigned to the history books in 2005, because the majority of the public found it abhorent. Yet the ban, which includes fox hunting, hare coursing, stag hunting and mink hunting, could be under threat as the Westminster Government may seek to repeal the Hunting Act.

The public has consistiently opposed the cruel chasing and killing of animals for sport. Animals can be chased to the point of exhaustion before being ripped apart by a pack of dogs.

Those calling for a repeal of the Hunting Act are effectively calling for a return to cruelty. We are determined not to let that happen and you can help us.
