When Ben and his fiancée spotted Ellie on the RSPCA pet search website, they knew the young dog was the one for them. They had already adopted a couple of cats from the RSPCA centre, so were familiar with the process, and began to prepare their home for the lively new arrival.

Ellie arrived at her new home on March 2 2009 where she loves her new lifestyle and extended family, and following a gradual introduction even plays happily with the cats.
