St David's day

St David’s Day on the first of March is a great excuse to choose some delicious Welsh lamb – and this slow-cooked lamb recipe is an excellent choice for the in-between months when one moment it’s bright and sunny and the next cold and pouring with rain. Even better, you can spoil yourself with great flavours while using a cheaper cut.
