Bacon wrapped sausages
Serves: 6.
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
drizzle of olive oil
7 slices Freedom Food labelled streaky bacon
20 sprigs thyme
20 sausages
Preheat the oven to 180ºC/fan oven160ºC, 350ºF, gas 4.
Drizzle the oil onto a baking tray.
Using the back of a knife, stretch each bacon rasher out - this will stop them shrinking as they cook. Cut each rasher in half horizontally.
Place a sprig of thyme on each sausage and wrap and roll the bacon round the sausage. Place them on a non-stick baking tray and cook for 20 minutes.
