Survey to benefit members' businesses

The independent researchers will be contacting all members in the coming months to collect the data – which can be simply completed over the phone or online at a time convenient with you.

“The survey will benefit you by helping us better understand you and your business, enabling us to deliver improved services and support,” says Leigh Grant, Freedom Food chief executive.

Being able to identify key people and interests for individual members will ensure that you only receive the information and support that you need – and in the way that you want it – saving everyone time and money.

“Plus, if we know more about your products and markets we can direct appropriate companies seeking approved suppliers, to your business,” adds Leigh. “Equally, if you are involved or interested in your own marketing activities, we may be able to offer opportunities to support one another.”

This is also a chance for you to have a say. The survey results will help Freedom Food become even more efficient and cost effective - making members’ investments with the scheme go further and work harder for better returns.
