The Black Farmer has moved all of its sausage production to 100% British Freedom Food Outdoor Bred Pork.
This is a significant step for The Black Farmer and one that I have been wanting to bring about for some time. Quite understandably, more and more consumers are seeking out Freedom Food products so that they can be reassured that the animals used have been raised to RSPCA welfare standards,

All The Black Farmer packs now feature the Freedom Foods logo, clearly communicating to consumers the provenance of its British pork.
