Celebrity Recipe Collection Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

  1. No purchase is necessary.
  2. The free prize draw is run by Freedom Food Limited (a registered company number 2723670 and a charity registered in England and Wales no 1059979    and in Scotland no SC038199) whose registered office is at Wilberforce Way, Southwater, Horsham, West Sussex, RH13 9RS.
  3. Entries must be received from the start date of Monday 25th July 2011 until midnight of Sunday 31st July 2011.
  4. The free prize draw is open to all UK or Republic of Ireland residents [aged 18 or over] except employees of Freedom Food Limited, the RSPCA or RSPCA branches or Hammond PR.
  5. Entry is limited to one per person and there will only be one prize awarded per person.
  6. Entries must be sent electronically via www.freedomfood.co.uk/farmanimalweek.
  7. The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place under the supervision of an independent observer.
  8. The winners agree to Freedom Food publishing their name and place of residence on the Freedom Food website
  9. There will be 200 prizes of a Freedom Food celebrity recipe collection
  10. The winners will be notified by Friday 5th August by email. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven days this may result in forfeiture of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to select another winner from the eligible entries which were received before the closing date.
  11. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes stated and the prizes are not transferable and Freedom Food reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
  12. Freedom Food’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the free prize draw.
  13. Submitted email addresses will not be shared with a third party and adhere to RSPC’s privacy policy: http://www.rspca.org.uk/utilities/termsandconditions/privacy
  14. Freedom Food will only use the information provided on the entry form for the purposes of the Freedom Food [name of prize draw] and to contact the winner. All entrant information will be kept securely. We promise not to sell any of details to anyone else.
  15. Freedom Food does not accept any responsibility for entries delayed or lost for any reason. The date and time of receipt by Freedom Food will be taken as conclusive of date of entry and proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Failure of any entry to be delivered by the closing date above or in the manner specified will make the entry invalid.
  16. These free prize draw rules will be governed by English law.
  17. Entry to this free prize draw signifies acceptance of these rules.
  18. Freedom Food reserves the right at its discretion to cancel or vary the competition at any stage if circumstances arise outside of Freedom Food’s control that renders the competition impossible to run or to run in the manner described above.
  19. The Freedom Food name and logo are registered trademarks and may only be used with the express written permission of Freedom Food by contacting Freedom Food.
