RSPCA Education is on YouTube!

We thought it was about time our videos had a place of their own! Both teachers and practitioners working with young people can now find a playlist tailored to them on our new channel.

Teachers

Our three short videos are intended for use with Early years, key stage one or key stage two pupils. They can be used to complement PSHE/PSE, citizenship and science.

This video compares farm animals' needs with children's needs. It also looks at what kinds of food come from animals.

This video asks pupils to think about all the things that pets need. It encourages them to think about what different animals need to be looked after properly.

This video looks at our effect on wild animals' habitats- how our actions can harm them and what we can do to help.

Youth intervention

These videos form part of our activities encouraging responsible dog ownership and are from our new resources on Young people and dogs.

A short film about how dogs are used in the military.

This video shows 19-year-old Jordan teaching Roxy the Staffy a trick using a positive, reward-based method. The trick is explained carefully throughout the video by an animal behaviourist.
