Billy was rehomed from our Great Ayton Animal Centre in April 2012.

This handsome young German shepherd now lives with the Hartshorne family who adore him. His time in our animal centre is becoming a distant memory for him and we couldn’t be more pleased!

But, whilst Billy may have forgotten us his new owners haven’t and wrote to us to let us know how their new pet is settling in:
 

"Billy is full of life, well trained and gentle. He loves lots of attention, kisses, cuddles and walks on the beach. And he loves to eat pigs ears, which makes him smell a bit! He loves to play football, but despite chasing the ball he hasn’t yet grasped the bringing it back part.
 

We are very lucky to have found such a loving dog and he is a wonderful edition to our family. We would highly recommend anyone to give a rescued animal a second chance.
