Sheva is a beautiful cross breed who is two years old and currently in the care of the RSPCA Bryn-y-Maen Animal Centre near Conwy, north Wales.

Sheva’s background
Sheva came into the care of the centre because her previous owner neglected her. She has been waiting for quite a while now for a new home.

Sheva’s character
Sheva is a friendly and active girl. She gets on well with other dogs and is a perfect all-rounder.

She walks very well on the lead and loves being outside. She has a slight deformity to one of her back foot pads. This does not cause a problem to her when pottering about in a field or going on a short walk but on longer walks Sheva needs to wear a walking boot to protect the pad. Sheva has her own walking boot and her new owner will also be supplied with a spare boot.

Sheva is a real people’s dog and likes getting lots of attention. She travels well so potential new owners could also come from further away in the area.

Occasionally Sheva can get a bit scared of loud noises so her new owner must be willing to work to build her confidence.

Sheva’s ideal home
Sheva has been at the centre for a long time and all she wants is to find a loving new home.

She could be rehomed with another dog but due to her bouncy nature should not be rehomed with very young children or cats.

This stunning young lady would make a perfect family dog or companion and all she wants is to be given a chance.

Think first...
Please remember that pet ownership takes time, money, commitment and patience - owning a pet is likely to change your life completely. If you find an animal you want to offer a home to at an RSPCA centre, the centre's staff will need to make sure the animal is suitable for your circumstances. This process will include a home visit.
