Annie is our online virtual assistant who is on hand 24 hours a day to help you find the information and advice you're looking for.
Annie is still fairly new, but can provide information on all main species of domestic and wild animals including information relating to general pet care, animal welfare law, animal rehoming and vet care.
She can also help you find local vets, council, police and fire and rescue services in your area.
Annie is available to answer your queries day or night, you won’t even have to pick up the phone.

Annie’s knowledge comes from a database created by a team of staff who answer calls from people concerned about the welfare of animals every day. But, because questions can be asked in many different ways, we need people like you to put Annie through her paces.
